Buying a home can be simple and painless. Just print out our handy checklist to track your progress!

Work with a qualified mortgage lender to get pre-qualified. 
Choose your home, complete the purchase contract and write your deposit check. 
Work with your lender to get the loan paperwork in order. 
The lender will send “Good Faith” estimate and “Truth in Lending” statements for review. 
The lender will request any final documentation needed to complete loan approval.
The loan is now approved and lender will order the appraisal.
Your sales agent will call to schedule your “Home Orientation and Walk-thru”.
The escrow company will call to schedule a time to sign loan documents.
The lender will prepare final loan documents and send them to the escrow officer.
The escrow company will notify you before signing of funds you’ll need to bring.
It’s now time to schedule utilities service set-up at your new home.
You’ll have a final visit at your home and receive the Home Care Guide/Warranty.
You’ll now sign your loan documents with the escrow officer.
The loan is funded. The “Grant Deed” and “Deed of Trust” will now be recorded.
Your sales agent will call you and present the keys to your new home.
You’re now in the hands of our Warranty Service Team, who will handle warranty requests. Welcome home!
